The study itself

There are many considerations required to produce an accurate Feasibility Study, but a rough estimate can be made with some key pieces of information.

1. Zip Code

Geographic location is a key piece of information. For example, the farther north your facility is, the more you can expect to spend on energy for heating.

2. Square footage (footprint)

While the amount of energy that a facility consumes is proportional in some way to it's area, it is not often linear to it's increase in size. A full feasibility study will consider usage type for different sections of the facility.

3. Overall facility usage

Banks consume energy in brief daily spikes, elementary school's are fairly well regulated during the day but are densely populated, while high school buildings are very diverse in their usage and operate during extended hours. A complete feasibility study will take this all into account, but for now, you can just list the purpose of the structure and we'll estimate on that.
